We have a spacious log cabin to rent on pitch 5. This cabin is mainly meant for families and we expect a minimum stay of 3 days.

Because we want to encourage cycling holidays, we have built a new cabin on pitch 3, named "Tjiftjaf", that is mainly aimed at cyclists.
For this cabin we charge a price per person. In 2010 that will be € 11, plus tourist tax and energy. 

 

This unlike the cabin on pitch 5, where a base rate of € 25 is applied, plus € 3.50 pppn and tourist and environmental tax at resp. € 0.85 and € 0.25 pppn. Electricity is € 1 per person with a maximum of € 2.50.

This cabin is 4.5 x 3.8 metres with 40mm thick walls and floor and roof insulation. It has 2 bunkbeds and accommodates 4 people. It is equipped with a dining table with 4 chairs and a kitchen unit with an electric coolbox and gas stove. It also has a covered veranda.

We have a minimum stay policy of 3 days. This does not apply to cyclists who are passing through. This could mean that you will be asked to share the cabin with others, of course in mutual agreement.
Cyclists are given a 10% discount.

To keep our cabins suitable for people with respiratory problems, we do not allow pets. We make an exception for visually impaired people with a guide-dog.

Our cabins have been treated using natural linseed oil based paint. Hemp insulation is used in the roof. This was supplied by Hempflax.

The wood used for the cabins comes from sustainable forests. These are carefully managed forests where felled trees are replaced so that the forests can continue to exist and provide us with wood. 

We also have a comfortabele tour caravan to rent.
