Green Key
Recognizable and reliable
Look around you. Do you see something special? You may see the Green Key logo, because this company is certified as a Green Key company. This means that they are aware of the consequences their business operations has on the environment and they’re always trying to improve them.
But this is not something you, as a guest, will notice. We want a perfect balance between sustainability and comfort. Awareness of water, but still a pleasant and warm jet. Environmentally friendly cleaning products, but not less clean.
Many measures are therefore invisible, but the effect is big. And of course there are precautions you cán see, such as saving lighting, waste collection and water saving showerheads.
Social commitment
But there’s more. Also the social commitment of a company is important in the certification. Does the company organize a Christmas meal for the homeless? Or do they make an effort for a nature reserve in the area? The companies are certificated with a gold, silver or bronze Green Key. Recognizable and reliable. There you can count on!

Ook zijn wij betrokken bij het project klimaatneutraal recreëren van ECEAT.
De KMVK heeft ons gevraagd om na te denken over het upgraden van Greenkey, bijvoorbeeld naar klimaatneutraal werken of MVO.
Doel is om binnen 2 jaar 50% van de ECEAT partners klimaatneutraal te laten werken.
Dat betekent nog eens 100 bedrijven waar mensen zonder zorg voor het klimaat hun vakantie kunnen doorbrengen.
Als Greenkey ook klimaatneutraal wordt, betekent dat bij 50% resultaat nóg eens 100, totaal dus 200 bedrijven.
